"Ann Page is a horrible person. She disrespected my 70 some year old mother (who had been her client for so many years) Ms. Page is so rude and unkind. She made unnecessary comments, when asked simple insurance related questions. Her office and herself gave my mom run around when helping their senior client who was in an accident should have been their job! This has nothing to do with the State Farm as a company, it they should check the quality of their agents! I would not recommend Ann Page in Colonial Heights VA as an agent to anyone."

"I recently purchased an auto policy w/ this Statefarm location and it was such a great experience. I called about a month ago to get a price quote and not only was it a $40 cheaper per month than my old policy with another company, but it give slightly better coverage. Also the ladies in the office are really nice and they followed up with me and reached out to make sure that I was covered and happy with the new policy! Thank you Mrs. Tammy!! I would like to add another post: I have had to make a claim due to fallen trees last year, I want you all too know that her company was as great as they were the first time I had to ask for help, everything went well and fast. I can’t imagine working with any other business than Anne Page Henry. So if you’re shopping around go for the great customer service even if you get a lower quote. I have been with State Farm for over 20 years."

"I had the absolute best customer service here. Tammy very attentive and helpful and made sure my needs were met. I didn’t have to wait days to hear back from her as I had to with another company. She also let me know that, if at anytime I need anything she or her colleagues would be there to assist."

"I have but nothing horrible experience with this office over the past year. My insurance keeps going up for no reason every 4 months when I have a great driving record. To top it off, the agents in the office don’t communicate effectively and continue to provide me excuses after excuse. I opted out for uninsured coverage and completed the form well in advance and was told I would have it fall off in December. Next month, I was charged for it and told it takes 30 days to process which I will be refunded on January bill. Now it’s January and I was just told it’s a minimum of 30 days and really could take up to 45 days. I was told I should be refund in February which I was told last month in January. The agent made the excuse the processing center is behind and short staff is the reason for the delay. I don’t like the excuses and making the customer lose money at their expenses of being behind in processing paperwork. Times are hard and they are messing with my money. This is the reason I left this company years ago because they made lots of excuses, kept lying, and even blaming the customer. Trust me when I say, I’m switching to another insurance company and will never do business with State Farm again."
